We are thrilled to announce our postbaccalaureate training program at Sanford Burnham Prebys, Lab Experience as a Pathway to Graduate School (LEAP to Grad School). LEAP is a one-year mentored training and career development experience designed to prepare recent college graduates to enroll and succeed in biomedical PhD programs.

Eligible students are current college seniors and recent graduates (2022 or later) in biomedical science. Program highlights include:

• Support for graduate school application preparation
• 1:1 mentorship from our world-renowned scientists
• $41,500 salary plus benefits
• Networking and professional development opportunities
