Sonic Wisdom Sound Meditation is a multi-facilitator sound and vocal experience hosted by Dr. Meghan Hynson, Sound Facilitator and Professor of Ethnomusicology in the College of Arts of Sciences, and Nicole Turner, Sound Facilitator, and EA in the Center for Cultural Development that have both been trained in the same methodology from their teacher in Bali, Indonesia that emphasizes layering soft, intuitive, acoustic sounds and vocals to help people relax and feel better.

- Guests can arrive anytime and stay for any amount of time.
- Resources will be available to learn more about wellness services on campus.
- There will be multiple sound and vocal experiences happening over the 2 hours, with small breaks to ask questions and share feedback.
- Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided.
- A limited number of yoga mats will be provided; feel free to bring your own and any blankets or pillows to ensure maximum comfort on the floor.
