We're with you and absolutely understand your frustration. We've been pushing internally as much as we can and hoping for some progress as well.
Here is the status:
- The new tooling has been overloaded with multiple simultaneous migrations. Our dev team initially only allowed one migration at a time. As of yesterday, it has allowed for multiple, which should help alleviate the backlog. Our team confirmed that an initial push of 5000 of your assets is scheduled for today.
- We want to validate that this initial push of 5000 assets works before proceeding with the rest of the migration. I have requested a better timeline from our dev team about the ~15000 assets that have already been tagged, as well as the ability to request a migration for the remaining assets.
- Now that we've finally gotten this first push started, if anything breaks, I will be escalating this internally.
I'm constantly checking the progress and requesting updates. As soon as I hear anything after this first push, I will let you know immediately. I truly appreciate your patience throughout as our team has continuously identified bugs with the new tooling. Let me know if you have any questions.
