USD: Follow up questions from training
Good morning! We have a few questions about several topics. Private areas If we opt to establish private areas, how difficult is it to move a an asset from a private area to public? Derivatives Are all derivatives that are pre-defined created automatically, or is an on-demand creation / space consumption? Ultimately, we are not going to move forward with derivatives right now. We will seek community response about common sizes that they regularly use. Crop Tool Does the crop tool add a derivative / save an alternate version? Or is it a CROP and GRAB with no save to the Bynder DAM? Analytics Just cause I am to lazy to look, can we set analytics so that everyone (level 3 and above) can see the asset analytics I believe there is a second level of analytics that is restricted to Admins only (with no ACL to allow light admins or lower to see them). Is that correct? And as a bonus, we were talking about Thanksgiving plans; I mentioned that I was making “fully loaded deviled eggs”. After describing them, folks wanted the recipe so I figured I would share it with you as well. For those that have an electronic recipe book, here is the link to do the import: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/223491/fully-loaded-deviled-eggs/ Attached is the deviled egg recipe in PDF format. Wishing you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!
