Hi all,

As discussed previously,  I have completed the set up of the new bynder contacts page.

I have only linked my name to give you an example, and to ask a question:

We have several choices for linking our names so people can reach us easily:
  1. Use a simple mailto: link.
    1. Downside:  Spammers, if they crawl the site may pick up your email address.
    2. Upside:  Very easy and direct
  2. Link to the Directory listing (technically the search page)
    1. Downside:  multiple clicks to contact us
    2. Upside:  The probability of spammers getting our addresses is reduced, but not nullified.

Final question is about using the web-request form for SSO enabled people, and providing a mailto link to the bynder-admin list.

Using the web request form will generate a salesforce case, but as indicated is limited to staff / admin /faculty / students.

Using only the mailing list makes the decision tree a decision stick,  but does not supply any tracking for user requests.

Should we supply both to cover all bases, or not worry about ticketing and go with emailing the bynder-admin list?

Please let me know your thoughts on this!

Bryan
