Hi all, Now that we are getting closer to restarting the Bynder meetings with Bynder (don’t worry, meetings don’t restart with them till Nov 6), I wanted to let everyone know that we have assembled an Admin team. This team will consist of: Marina Woods Anna Garretson Rachel Chu Bryan Teague Marina and I will be serving as the primary admins for the Bynder system. Anna and Rachel will be “light admins” (contributor level 5). Marina and I will be the primary admins. I will be primarily focused on user accounts and technology (the who and the what) disk space user account provisioning / department assignment ensuring we have growth capability for ‘contributor’ accounts I usually try to keep a few reserved contributor accounts (2-3) to allow for future requests Maintain / update the DAM governance document Marina will be primarily responsible for Taxonomy and tagging (the how and the where) Taxonomy review addition deletion tagging What needs to move to taxonomy What needs to be consolidated Ensuring governance documentation is being followed. Maintain / update the DAM governance document Rachel Chu and Anna Garretson join the admin team as “light admins” (contributor level 5). Their responsibilities include: To help build consensus on Admin issues that arise Please note that for school related issues, we will ask for input / advice from the marketing manager / director for that school Act in a backup capacity (if capable, depending on the ACLs for "light admins”) enacting changes to the taxonomy / tagging as identified by Marina helping with user account provisioning / department assignment Maintain / update the DAM governance document A huge thank you goes to Marina, Anna and Rachel for stepping up! As always, while this is an important project, you are our most important assets. Don’t let yourself be overworked or overwhelmed by this migration.
