September Web Tip: Checking Workflow Status
In the past month, we have received a number of inquiries regarding the status of submitted Cascade workflows. You can always check the status of your workflow by going to the workflow dashboard in Cascade and select any pending workflows.
Possible workflow statuses:
- If your workflow notes that it is in Technical Review, then it is waiting on the web team for review and approval. Workflows are reviewed multiple times throughout the day.
- If your workflow notes User to Revise Content, then it has been sent back to you or a member of your team for additional changes.
- If your workflow says it is awaiting Content Review, then it is waiting on your school's marketing manager for content review and approval. Once approved, it will then be submitted to Technical Review.
Please note that the web team cannot expedite the review of a workflow that is pending Content Review. The web team can only expedite workflows that are awaiting Technical Review.
