April Web Tip: Checking Your CMS Workflow Status
We receive a number of inquiries regarding Cascade Server workflows. You can always check your own workflow status by going to your workflow dashboard in Cascade and viewing open workflows.
Possible workflow statuses:
- If your workflow notes that it is in Technical Review, then it is waiting on a member of the web team for review and approval.
- If your workflow notes User to Revise Content, then it has been sent back to you or a member of your team for additional changes.
- School maintainers only: If your workflow says it is awaiting Content Review, then it is waiting on your school's marketing manager for content review and approval. The web team cannot approve a workflow that is in content review.
