January Web Tip: Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
The Web Team hopes you had a great holiday break and we wish you a happy New Year! To kick off the new year, we wanted to review our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with regards to workflows, redirects and web requests.
We strive to resolve workflows or requests in a much more timely and efficient manner than these advertised turnaround times, as they are more reflective of peak hours or for worst-case scenarios.
