May Web Tip: Known Bug Affecting File Uploads
As part of your regular site updates, you may need to upload documents and images or create folders within your site's /documents and /images directories.
Recently, a bug has been causing the following error message to appear when submitting newly uploaded files - this is a known issue, and the CMS vendor is currently working on a fix:
Note: this error more frequently appears when submitting new files to recently created folders (within the primary /documents and /images directories).
What to do:
If you encounter this message, please submit a request through our online web request form, and we will update the folder settings to resolve the issue.
