October Web Tip: Updates to Web Request Form

Based on your feedback and the most common requests, we have added new options to our web request form to assist you better and streamline the process for these changes.

You will now see dedicated categories for the following:

  • Directory Photo Requests: This is meant for you to add a photo in order to update a person's directory profile. We recommend that if you have a batch of multiple photos, please upload them to Google Drive and include a shareable link (instead of manually attaching photos through the form).
  • USD Gallery (DAM): This is related to the USD Gallery/digital asset management system, for questions/access, and general assistance.
  • General Mailing List Help: This option is devoted to general mailing list questions, access/updates, and troubleshooting. Note: If you need a new mailing list to be created, you can select "Request a New..." -> "New Mailing List" and follow the prompts.

Choosing one of these options will help us expedite your ticket and ensure we have the information we need to get started right away. This results in faster turnaround times for your photos, mailing list updates, and directory changes, and we hope this update improves your experience.
