November Web Tip: Getting Web Help and Training
Dear Website Maintainers,
Web training classes tend to fill up quickly, so if you anticipate someone in your department needing training, or you need a refresher training yourself, we encourage you to check out our class schedule and sign up in advance:

We will be rolling out on-demand CMS training in the new year which does not require in-person attendance. We'll share more details as we are closer to launching this exciting new program.
For day-to-day website assistance and support, we have an online web request form where you can submit a request or trouble ticket. We require all help requests to go through this system rather than contacting team members directly, who may be out of the office or working on other projects.
