May Web Tip: Cascade CMS Publishing Process
Over the course of the past month, we have noticed that there have been several questions and conversational topics regarding publishing within Cascade CMS. As a friendly reminder, the whole sandiego.edu site republishes every 24 hours - at midnight.
What are things that require publishing?
- Every navigational change
- Reverting to a previous version of a page
These changes will all implement the following day (starting at midnight, once the automatic republish has completed).
Note: Page and content edits will publish automatically via the workflow process, once approved.
This reminder is meant to be a source of friendly encouragement - as sometimes not seeing the content you spent your valuable time creating, or seeing it as approved and still not live - because you were correct and followed the right steps! Once the site republishes, your content will be updated on the associated pages and it will be good to go!
