Dear Faculty, The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) is hosting a *Faculty STARBURST Application Workshop on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 12:15 - 1:30 pm in Learning Commons 103*. Come join us and learn about the STARBURST program and how to apply to mentor a STAR/BURST student. We will provide a descrption of the program and tips to support you for this upcoming application cycle! The STARBURST program https://www.sandiego.edu/ugresearch/students/star-burst.php provides paid summer research opportunities to USD students and faculty in all disciplines. The faculty mentor is a key component of any research or creative project as they provide the skills and guidance for students to complete a project.
